Hey..
do a search, we've discussed this topic a many times.
In my experience, the answer is YES. Stick with it and really be sure to fail at the last reps recommended. Stick with a solid meal plan.
Good Luck

Any mass building program such as this one will work, if followed as Arnold say. The one key ingredient noone can do for you but you is control your diet. That is, you can work out on any program, but your diet will determine your amount of gains.

But the thing is, did you try this program? did it work for you? and how much did you again after the program? I'm taking about the program itself, coz there are a lot of mass building programs out there, like the famous "BODY for LIFE, by Bill Philipps" , Im asking if this really can produce a dramatic change, considering you have the same nutritional plan for every training you do, whether its FT, or BodyforLife, which works best?

Like the other 2 posts say, Give it time, stick with it and eat right it WILL work. I did the BFL and I'm in the 5th week of a program on here and it works for me, providing I eat right, otherwise the hard work in the gym doesn't really show results. And by the way, BFL is a 12 week program and some paticipants have to do it 5 times depending how far from their goals they are. The same would be here. Hope this helps. Good Luck
