I wanted to share in my celebration of setting a new PR of 125 db bench. I did them for 4 reps with a great spotter who did not have to assist!

Here's to breaking new records!!!

If you did for reps of 125... How is that your PR? Do singles and more weight... lol That's how I find PR's :P

damn man you one big scary dude..... of coarse only use dumbells for incline ...............good job man keep it up ....literally:dumbbell:

great job!!! I dont think I have seen 125db's ballys only goes up to 90 I think.- MIke

I've never gone as high as 125 before. I just set my mind to it, picked up the weight and started pressing. Next thing I knew, 4 reps were done. I don't go for 1RM. I know that performing 4 reps means I can do more on a 1RM, but I refuse to limit myself. I figure one day I'll find my true max and even then push it.

MM, that is one thing I hated about Bally's when I had a membership there. They seriously need to extend the weights of their dumbbells.

That's some serious upper body strength!! No hiding bilateral strength difference with thos dumbbells. Also, good point about the importance of a great spotter - even when no assistance is given.
