long story short version
1991 me 5'10" 230lbs 7% body fat
1991 me + suburban driving over my car = massive injury
2004 me 5'10" 250lbs 32% body fat
6/14/04 made the commitment to go to the gym 5 days a week

doing a 2 month bulking cycle before I try to burn off this beer tank where my 6 pack used to be

gained 14lbs in 7 weeks doubled all of my lifts in the gym and starting to feel very strong again

only thing really new to me is the insane amount of new supplements out there

Great to have you here, sounds like you have had a rough road there for a while, good to know you are determined to move ahead instead of letting it keep you down! Congrats on your accomplishments, too, good luck on your goals!!
