Hi im 14 , 5'8 , and 180lbs. I just signed up found this site a few days ago. I wanted to lose weight ( get to about 130-150 ) and gain musle or the corse of 3 months. Im on a pretty simple diet of CAL.3187 FATS 64 PRO.225 and CARBS 450. Im on one of the mussle gain fitness plan. Does this diet and excersise plan go together and does anyone have any advice ie. Pointers.

hey man im in the same kinda position u r ill be 14 in july im 5'9'' 184lbs and about 15% bodyfat. But if u start doin a lot of cardio like runnin and bikin about 45 minutes
3-5 days a weak itll help u loose the fat by converting it to energy. i lost 6lbs in about 3 weeks from runnin.hope it helps.

You are probably going too high with your cals. Try to do a lower carbed diet - you do not need 450 grams, you are NOT a pro. adjust that down to 200.
