hay im 14, 6'2", 185 lbs, i max bench 190 and i have been working out since last june. I have increased my max bench by 100 lbs but i havent noticed that much of a change in my size and definition. I workout with heavy weights only (6-10 reps until failure) and i eat about 5 meals a day (210 grams of protein) but how can i get bigger???:surprised:

Give it time you are all ready benching over your own weight. If at 14 your all ready doing this well! When the hormones of teen hood kick into to full gear around:dumbbell: 16, I am shure you will be very impressed.

thannks but i cant seem to get a 6 pack n i have been running 2 miles a day and doin weighted situps for over 2 months. Also i lower my fat content to 30 grams a day......help me get a 6 pack!:cool::cool:

Just lowering your fat intake isnt going to do it. You need to lower your overall calories per day. You need to shed more body fat to see them abs. - Mike
