I was wondering what would be a healthy plan for me. I'm looking at hitting the gym 3-5 times a week, and on the days I'm not at the gym, doing light runs and little to no lifting (Excluding sit ups/push ups). This is just talk and I probally wont end up being THAT hardcore, but hopefully close. I'm 6" 155lbs, 14 years old, and I have been lifting since I was 13. It hasn't been anything like I am planning on doing now. I was thinking about creatine, and maybe some other supplements. I really don't know very much, and I thought I could use your advice.
Thanks,
Adam

Set yourself a realistic plan. Don't plan for 5 days a week and then running at night ...and all that if you won't stick to it.
The best plan for YOU is the one that YOU will stick with. Sign up for a plan on this site and go from there. Give it a shot and see how it works. They're pretty good routines for the beginner/intermediate lifter.

Dude, at 14 years old you don't need to take creatine and you should definately wait to take it until you're older.

Not saying you wouldn't be fine, but it is not necessary. If you just eat and lift, and eat you will do the same thing.

It's just not necessary. Put the money towards food.

i started lifting when i was 12-13 too, but i took a different approach then most people. Being that ur joints are still forming and not set you can damage them by lifting too heavy because as you get stronger ur muscles can literally get stronger and be able to lift more weight than the joint can take. Trust me, when i 15 i did a leg press set of 740 for 15 reps and on the last one i got an avulsion (separation) of my iliac crest which took almost a year to heal. Neway, my first 6 months of lifting i did a hugh variety of exercises at low weight and high reps (15-18) and perfected my form. Now thanks to that i can do 1 rep lifts for powerlifting and according to my coach and the people that i train with my form never breaks because its so ingrained. Neway, in short, i wouldnt suggest going down into the 1-6 rep range for nething for a year or two so you dont risk injury.

Hey I'm also 14 years old, and I'm aiming for 8-12 reps is that pretty healthy?
