You should only post this is one topic- people will get back to you just as fast and it keeps from irritating those of us who read the same post in multiple topics for no reason.

It sound to me like you need to do some cardio. If you don't have any equipment, just try going out jogging or running about 30-45 minutes a day, making sure your heart rate is in the target area. Second, you need to watch your diet. Make sure you eat a good clean diet. Try filling out your profile, and starting an ft nutrition and exercise plan. A little weight lifting wouldnt hurt either.

Sorry, im new lol i dont meen to get on ppls nerves. I do plenty of cardio. I run-walk-jog(mixture of all) a mile every morning along with a 2 mile bike ride at the gym. Its not realy doing anything for me. I dont know what will, i know i could stand to do more weight lifting. Its hard and hurts my joints so i keep my weights to a minamal. Ive ben dieting off and on for ever.......*sigh* i just need some more encouragement.

dieting is not what you want to do- you want a consitant clean lifelong diet- something you will stick to for the rest of your life.

Try doing the nutrition guide on ft.... don't eat any sweets or sodas.... and so on.

Also when you do your cardio make sure your heart rate is in a target heart rate for your age/level. If it isn't then you are just wasting your time, because the cardio exercise will accomplish nothing.

Good luck, we all know you can do it! :)

Do a fitbuddy search below on target heart rate- many times it has been discussed on the boards.... You will find a lot of helpful information that will help you a lot.

You did NOT waste your time doing cardio! Easy killer! You have got to go easier on yourself! Finding your target heatrate will help optimize the benefits of cardio, but doing cardio is not a waste. Sitting on the couch watching tv and eating bon-bons is a waste! :)

As mentions by sbroyhill - please stop posting the same thing in every section! Post it appropriately once per topic and we'll find you! I promise!

You sound like a great girl. You've got to ease yourself into this! One step at a time my dear girl. One step at a time.

You've definitely got heart. You'l lbe fine. We'll help you as best we can. Just don't give up on yourself and we won't either!

Erika.
