Hello. I am new to the FT community here and i have a few questions. First of all i am a 16/m i have a fairly small build. I am 6'1" and weight about 148 now. I signed up for the Mass gain weight program and nutrition. I am also doing the 12 week abs. I have a fast metabolism. I am in football right now and in other activities so i am very active. I take Mega Men multi's and Creatine. i have Mega Whey but i haven't taken it yet (All GNC) I am wondering if i follow the program and do a decent job of following the nutrition program how much weight could i expect to gain in my 8 week program? My goal is to get up around 170-175. I need to bulk up for basketball. I am at 15% body fat right now according to the body fat thing on here. i'd like it to be closer to 10. Also when i start taking my protein should i be taking it everyday or just on workout days? The container says an hour after workout, should i follow that or take it some other time? Okey you want a magic number of excactly how much lean muscle mass you'll gain after the 12 week muscle mass program?!!!
Lol, I'm afraid that's not possible since it depends on your morphology, your metabolism, how much you rest and of course your diet. Everybody is different.

BUT I can tell you that sooo many people had absolutely great gains with this program!!!
