hi
i'm a member of the freetriners.com. i'm 5'10",230 lb,age 24, male. i opted for the home exercise trining +12 weeks ab program.
the problem is that my nutrition planner suggests a 3500 kcal of foods. but for the last few weeks i was on a 1500 kcal normal food diet prescribed by a dietician. now that i've started to exercise, will it be ok with 1500 kcals of food? i dont feel any remarkable tiredness if i'm exercising + taking 1500 kcals.
thanks in advance for any reply.

Your dietician placed you on a restricted intake because you are overweight. The reduction of calories will assist you in shedding fat from your stout frame. Keep in mind that you strive for total fitness and that your muscles are incidental to your primary conditioning so follow the 1,500 calorie diet. Once you have lost the excess weight, you can skulpt your physique into the herculean body you have always dreamed of. Remember, always train intelligently..:dumbbell:
