I injured my leg three times in 2001, and in 2002 when it had begun to heal I started exercising. I have been exercising for two years now, and I have seen little to no improvement. When I look at my photo's, I have lost weight around my shoulders and under the chin, but that is all.
I have a healthy diet, and do a decent hour to hour and a half exercise every night. That includes an hour walking at 7km/h on the treadmill (I cannot run or jog because of my knee injury), 100 reps on the rowing machine, 100 reps of 5kg barbel's in each hand, 50 sit-ups and 50 push-ups.
My measured calorie intake is roughly between 1200 - 1500 calories a day. I work off 400 - 600 on the treadmill alone, not sure about the rest.
I want to get rid of the weight around my waist (Flubhandles, my dad calls them) and chest. Because I work in a public environment (Target), it's embarrasing when all these Arnold Schwarzenegger's walk in.
Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. I'm sick of feeling disgusted about myself.

First your only 15. The Guys that look like Arnold Schwarzenegger have been working out for many years! Also you cant spot reduce fat so you will need to work with your parents on creating meals for yourself that will help you. Take a look at a post grocery list for a body builder by bb1fit. Set up a FT program for yourself with hard work and dedication you will get there. Welcome and good Luck - Mike

I've already organized a proper diet with my dad (I basically live on my own. My parents are divorced and my dad goes away a lot on business). I've also seen a doctor. Apparently, the reason I cannot lose weight fast is because it's inherited.
When I look at it, it's kinda true. My dad has a beer belly, my oldest brother is the same, and my younger brother is turning out very similar. The only two people that aren't that way are my mum and other brother :S
Well I'll just keep at it then. Better then maintain my weight and eventually grow into it then put more on :) Thanks for the reply.

You could be doing the wrong workouts, you could be building to much muscle instead of loosin weight. Make sure you look up what your workouts are doing, you might need to change what your doing that's more designed to loose weight and not build to much muscle
