hi, i am a 16 year old that is really fat and wants to loose weight and gain muscle as well. should i take any protien pills or something that could aid my progress?
i am not talking about diet pills but more like supplement pills. can anyone tell me if there are some that i can or should take to help me out?

if you think you have adhd or add it might be a good idea to get on like 10mg of vyvanse it helps me focus and i dont have as much as an apetite but dont if you do not have adhd or add
Taking pills is really not necessary, it's much better to get the nutrition you need from food. Just make sure you are eating a balanced diet rich with lean protiens and veggies. Don't be afraid of carbs, but try to stick to complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole grain bread, and legumes. The fat shouldn't stick around for long if you follow this advice, don't overeat, and exercise regularly.
