I am 16, 6'2 185 and i was wondering if their is anything that is safe for me to take but would also help me get alot stronger, ive been lifting for about 2 months for 3 days a week. Ive hurd alot about creatine and it says not 2 take it unless ur atleast 18 but ive never found out why...... Wow this is all confusing.
just stick with getting at least a gram a protein per pound of bodyweight eat six meals per day drink plenty of water give your self about six months train hard but smart then look into some supplements right now get a good multivitamin and meal replacement powder
