Im only 16 what should i take that will not hurt me later in life?I need to get big fast for next football season,so i have alot of time.Can someone help me?Thanks
well wheni started to play fotbal creatine was n so i took that in the off season and it worked really well for me! but u cant forget about your protein intake. u need proteinto build muscle and carbs. so put those together u should be pretty good come next footabll season. anotherthing i wanted to ask is if u wantedto get bigger?

If you want to be big, you gotta eat big. If you want to supplement (which many people recommend doing when you've hit a sticking point), the most common ones are creatine monohydrate and whey protein.
