im trying to bulk up for next season and get really big... i havent worked out for a while tho so wats a good way to help get alot bigger like muscle wise not fat for next year?

Well if you haven't worked out in a while I would say that would be a good place to start.

start a whole body program focusing on compound free weights. Try to get as strong as you can in Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead Presses, Rows, Bench, Cleans, etc...powerlifting based programs are good, strongman based programs are good, as are many other types...

also focus on conditioning...ross enamait's infinite intensity is very good ...focusing on shorter high intensity conditioning...

lift weights consistantly...year in and out...if you truly want results.....
