I bet that you don't eat as much as you think. If you have only gained 4 pounds in 8 weeks then you aren't eating enough plain and simple. I don't care if you're eating 4-5k calories per day you need more if you're not gaining weight and muscle.
You don't need the supplements until you get your diet right. Screw the test stuff man.

Im 22 Years old .. i've been constantly in the gym 5-6 days a week working out very hard (I've been on and off for about 4 Years .. but am on an 8 month run right now ) ... im 174 pounds .. ( was 170 when i started , The 4 pounds came from a Creatine stack that ran for 4 weeks and ended about 2 ago .. )... I take in about 4000-5000 calories per day ( i dont really have an eating schedule .. however i do have set foods i eat and have done alot of research on them ) ... yet i dont Really gain Weight ... i Can Feel myself getting stronger .. but im not really puting on Size. thats a little feedback.
Im Trying a new stack .. and looking for opinions on it..
17-hd 1 Per Day (1hour before workout)
IDS mass Tab 1 per day (1 hour before workout)
Redline NO-Shotgun ( 30 minutes before workout )
Milk thisle
Im gonna run this for only 4 Weeks .. because i know it is gonna be hard on my Liver.
Anyone Think this is a BAD idea ????
Should i use a PCT after the cycle ??? ( i know it will mess with my Test. levels )
any Feedback would be Appreciated.

Normally i try not to supplement ... but i work out the same routine, same days, same time as my cousin ... and i know i push myself alot harder than he pushes himself .. but he shoots up in weight like a mad man , supplement free, and im fallin way behind even with supplements. It gets Frusterating as hell.

If you are at all worried about your 'aftermath' test levels, why take a chance? Messing with hormones is usually a no win situation. Be careful...

I think maybe you were working out too much 6 days a week is a lot. Id drop it to three full body simple workouts rest every other day then the weekend and take out cardio for a short time and see what happens i gained a ton doing that. One set per muscle ten reps of the heaviest weight i could do ten time. curl swuat leg extension leg curls etc i added sets and more reps to my calves thinking skinny legs need more. HAHA
