I have always dabbled with lifting weights as any teenage guy has, but now i am gettin serious about it. I have been trying to job 15-30 minutes everytime i go to the gym, and i've been doing a lot of chest, tricept, bicept, and leg exercises. The thing is that is all great, but i don't seem to be losing a lot of fat. I'm gettin more cut on my chest, but i really want to lose some weight around the stomach(doesn't everyone). I would idealy like to lose 3 or more inches around the waist. So if you know what kinda diet plan and fitness plan would work best for getting cut and losing some inches, I'd like to know.

Go to the message boards and look under the FAQ section. You will find a grocery list for the body builder. Buy anything that is on that list don't eat thing that is not on that list(pizza, doughnuts, fast food, etc.) As people will tell you here 6 packs are made in the kitchen.
