hey guys .. ive been lifting for i think like 2 years .. 2 1/2 maybe .. when i first started .. i took whey protien .. i didnt really notice anything except me getting bulkier and fatter. I didnt really like that .. right now im 5'4" 135. I dont want to gain weight and i am pretty happy w/ my bench .. 235, also will everything else. I lift 5-6 times a week w/ a 2 day workout, so i guess the only thing im looking for is just something to recover a little faster, and i'd like to get a little more cut, is there anything that i can take that will help?
I mean im not sure if i even need anything, but i kind of feel like its a waste if im not, so if theres anything thats good for me, and will help me recover, and i guess give me a boost in weight(not my body weight) that would be great .. any suggestions?

Adjust your diet to achieve your desired result. You shouldn't need any supplements at your age.

alrite.. i did the nutritional plan search .. i guess my only other question is this .. right now i am pretty decently cut, i would like to tone up a little more, but still gain muscle at the same time. I do not want to get bulky, just tone up, and gain muscle.. so how should i go about doing this?

Go to the specific diet and nutritrion forum and read and eat from the "grocery list for healthy eating". Take in at least 1-1.5gm protein per pound of body weight daily. If you want to bulk, bump the amount of protein up to 1.5-2gm per pound daily.
