I recently took a looked in the mirror and noticed i was jiggling when i walked. i used to be pretty athletic and reasonably fit . i have a problem staying motivated . is there anyone out there who can help? any tips are greatly appreciated =) i just want to look good..and feel good.
Meh Im 19 and have the same problem bro, but I bet I'll get ripped and athletic b4. (is that enough motivation for you? Friendly competition can't hurt) =)
