Seems like a lot now that I am writing everything down!
I weigh 150 lbs 5'4 F.
I have been working out 4 x a week, lifting program from website, and afterwards 20-30 mins on eliptical...
Should I eat this much even if I am not hungry???

I have never had anyone calculate it, so i am not sure of my fat percentage, but i guess I would say it's 25% in that case my BMR is 1450-1530 according to a website. I have no idea what this means...
thanks,
erin

Some people find the calories quite high on this site. I'm also 5'4" female and I only lose weight with the suggested calories if I do quite a lot of cardio, and have no nights off, which is quite hard to sustain.
If I'm trying to lose, I usually eat a little less than the suggested amount, as I like to have one meal a week off - I find this helps to prevent cravings etc.
If you find that you're not losing with 1900 calories, try cutting back to 1600-1700 and see how things go for a week or two.
good luck
