Wow.. I thought I was in shape, but I guess not! During the workout it seemed like every muscle was being used. I really think this program is great and I'm thrilled about my training!
How about the reps without weights like Push-up and chin-ups? Do you just leave the "input weight" section blank b/c you are lifting a portion of your body's weight.
