Welcome back bigdavid. You will find you won't have the same stregnth as the last workout 2 1/2 months ago. The nice thing about coming back is, you will feel good again, and it won't take long to recover from where you were. Probably 4 weeks. Don't push too hard or you will get hurt.
Good Luck

thanks

You can add anther week off to that ..
Today was my first work out and I did shoulders,
I feel so sore, IM not the same as I was 2 months ago.
I was able to lift 75% of what I normally do.
I hope I can go back to my regular work out in 2 weeks.

I like the way it feels but upset for missing it for so long.
oh well
thank you all ...

yeah it won't take long to get back to where u were. i was laid up 3 months with a shoulder injury. started back last week and i was about the same, i found that i was ok for the first exercise then fatigue set in. the endurance is what was killin me. i expect about 4-5 weeks to be where i was at prior to injury.
