Hi, I have been training for 18 months. I started to use this site and entered my personal data. It gived me only 4 arm movements (2 biceps and 2 triceps) ý think this is not enough, what do you think? Can one change my program? aiQa

AiQa, welcome to ft! The programs are designed this way, incorporating compound exercises in the beginning to isolation movements towards the end. You will also notice the number of reps. go from high to low. The weights will go from low to high. Once you get to the 3rd and 4th sets, you will be tired! Stick to the 4 arm movements in the beginning. If you feel you're not getting enough of a workout, you can try supersetting or add 1 or 2 more exercises.

you could also try adding more weight and less reps if you want to gain size and strength.

I noticed that those workouts didnt challenge me as much either. I just added a few more excercices and made it my own personal workout. Stick to their basic plan of reps but with a few more excercises you should be fine. Good luck

I have been doing 4 biceps 4 triceps movements for more than 6 months so only 2 biceps and 2 triceps seems to me funny. If this program will get harder week by week it may be ok but i dont want to waste time.. aiQa
