is that enough to get my abs to show. i run 2 miles and a half for 7 days a week, and i eat about 1500 calories a week. I also do swimming 3 days a week, and crunches 3 times a week, and along with that i lift really light weights, 10lbs. Im 14, 138lbs, and 5 feet 6.
