First- how long should I rest between sets?
Second- I run 2 miles in the morning then walk 45 minutes in the evening, the next day I just walk two. I alternate everyday but on Sunday I rest. Is this enough, too much, should I change it or is it good?

Dale rest between the first sets should be about the time it takes to add weight to the bar. The latter heavier sets about 1 minute to two minutes.

I am trying to lose weight. I thought I did fill out my profile. Guess not. Well I am 152, trying to slim down and tone up. I don't use the gym, I work out at home so I don't have a bar to add weights to. As for my cardio, I thought that aside from a good eating plan, cardio was the best for weight loss. Oh this may be harder than I originaly thought, YIKES.

The profile you filled out was your personal one that you were asked to fill out when you first joined. If you read the bottom of your last post, you will see next to the word "options:" that your shared profile is not filled out -- it currently says "No Profile"
