Hello all. 2 questions.
1. I wanna get bigger arms, is the wokout here good for that, (Mon. Legs, Tues. Shoulders and Calfs. Wed. Rest. Fri. Forearms and Back and Sat. Bis and Tris.
Or is a more intense upperbody workout better. Mon. Chest Tris and Shoulders. Tues. Back and bis. Wed. Legs and so on. Which is better to get more arm mass. And no, I don't mean quickly, I mean which over all will have better affect on my arms.
2. If I add 100 situps, push up and leg raises to my workout, would I be pushing myself to far? I spread them by doing 30 of each 2 times then doing a final set of each 40 times. Tell me what you guys think.

yeah when i first started working out my buddy put me on a plan to increase upper body similar to what yogi does.

Monday - Chest n Triceps
Tuesday - Back n Biceps
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Shoulders n Traps
Friday - Legs

as for the abs and whatnot, as long as you give yourself a day or 2 too recover them, there shouldn't be a problem

this is what I do, then i'll tell ya the reson why after ward........
shoulders...bis
back
chest
legs tris

now that looks very weird i know, buts heres why.....ON a shoulder day your tris get worked pretty good but only secondarly....so i do biceps......which plays no part in shoulders.

Back day ingages biceps a little bit, chest the following day works triceps........then I finally work my triceps after legs on that day. Even though I only had 1 day partially devoted to tris and bis....there are indirectly getting worked 2 to 3 times a week.
I like to train tris more so because they back up 2/3 of the arm, so if the tris are bigger, the arm will look big relaxed or flexed.
another thing.......the arm muscle are designed to be worked in conjunction with other body parts( compound lifts). Compound lifts(squates, deads, cleans, military and benchs) produce the most hormone response from the body. SO by doing smaller muscles after larger ones, that hormone respose will carry over to them, making them bigger.
