As some of you know, I'm new to this site (also to excercise!), and many of you have been extremely helpful answering my diet questions.
I do have one more important question, and unfortunately I couldn't find a similar one using fitBuddy...
I don't have a whole lot of time for myself (I have a family, full time job, and one of my 3 kids has autism, so he keeps us ALL busy!). My main goal right now is losing weight. Is there a big difference between FT's Weight Loss and Definition Training Program vs. their 20 Minute Full Body Training workout? I'd love to opt for the 20 minute workout if it'll help give me "the best of both worlds" (weight loss and better definition). Any opinions are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
