im short on time because of homewrk

If you're looking for a shorter workout, choose the exercises that will give you the best bang for your buck. Use as little isolation exercises as possible and try using compound exercises with your main muscle groups such as bench, squat, deadlift, pullups, dips, etc. They are key to your results.
