I know it might not sound like much but I finally achieved the 200 lb. mark on the machine press. Thanks FT!! I wouldn't even have tried that 2 months ago. Nowhere to go but up!! :)
Eventually I want to max it out if possible. I think it goes to 300. I'll know I've made progress then!! I pressed the 200 8 reps. Does feel great; my chest is showing some gains and especially my triceps and shoulders. I should have taken a before and after. Thanks for the congrats!!
