I am looking for some new ideas on recipes that have around 200 cal. a serving.I eat 200 Cal meals 8 times a day and I am getting tired of the same ol stuff.Any ideas?Any help at all would be awesome,yu for your time:):love:

great site....you can search for individual ingredients under different categories by highest/lowest ....and then put those ideas together....then when the list of food shows up, you can select specific foods...and see the macronutrient breakdown per serving as well as additional health benefits of the food
