2000 Mr Olympia Results!

I really am pissed off that Ronnie Coleman won again! What are the judges think!? In my eyes, it should have been Kevin or Shawn.. these guys have the total package!

xavier Posts: 333 Joined: 2001/01/02	2000/12/10, 02:34 AM I saw the olympia and i think no ones gona beat Ronnie Coleman for the next 2 or 3 years. Not only is he more massive than the other bodybuilders hes even more ripped. I dont know whats up with flex wheeler he was supposed to win when dorian left and he didnt now he didnt even get runner up. I was kinda pissed at how it looked on the internet maybe it was just my computer but it kept skipping and pausing all the time it kinda sucked but at least i got to see the pics in the new flex.

The main reason that past Olympians win multiple Sandows is because the juding panel consists of the same people for te past 15 years! Of course they are gonna keep liking who they like.. their opinions are sealed! This is very much unfair.. it comes down to personal preferences rather than unbiased judging. In addition, if anyone has noticed, the past 3 Olympians (Haney, Yates & Coleman) have been 5'10" tall, over 245 pounds and their greatest assets were their back! This is clear representation of the biased outlook by the judges. Please reply folks! hahaha
xavier Posts: 333 Joined: 2001/01/02	2000/12/11, 07:48 PM I think the last 3 olympians wouols hav won no matter what judges were there even if the judges were changed every year. I think Coleman, Haney and Dorian won because they had the best bodies on stage not cause they had a certain body type or were favorites. If u look at the pics i dont know why youd say its personal preference cause none of the past 3 olympians looks like they shouldnt hav won. Even though colemans back is his best body part his others are just as good look at his chest its more cut and striated than most other bodybuilders and his biceps are another part that stands out from the rest well thats my opinion.

Mr.Olympia should have the least faults.. his symmetry was horrible.. he had a screwed up biceps and triceps from the injuries.. he had a huge gut.. must I go on? Giving him the trophy because he was the hardest on driest on stage is sad. Yes he had a great back.. but this is not the Mr. Back Olympia.. it the entire body. :)

Arnold Posts: 1,112 Joined: 2000/11/27	2000/12/24, 09:45 AM Yes, I look at EVERY Olympia.. very closely. Dorian had a roid gut.. this was HIS fault, you can't say that it 'just happens'. Bodybuilders make a decision how much they push their bodies and how much they destory them. Is it worth creating a physique spoiling gut for 10 more pounds of muscle? Where half of that 10 pounds goes to the gut? There are many Pro bodybuilders who have the top physiques in the world without the roid gut.. because they CHOOSE not to have it. Dorian deserved 3 of his 6 Sandows. He didn't in 1993 against Flex, or in 1994 / 1996 against Shawn. And true.. no one has the 'perfect physique', however, Dorian wasn't the closest at any of the Olympias.
xavier Posts: 333 Joined: 2001/01/02	2000/12/24, 06:10 PM he didnt have a gut in his poses so if he had it relaxed that doesnt matter and flex and shawn cant even win now how could they have won back then. and its not just cuts that counts they need size to go with it which is probably why they didnt win the olympias before and arent winning them today.
