Hi i'm new hear, i know it might not seem like it but i have fat in every unwanted place and its really disturbing me, in my upper arms, belly, upper back, and sides. i workout everyday but i need help targeting these areas can you help please? What are some workouts specified for these areas?
upper arms focus on your tri's and shoulders to help give defintion. Belly incorporate a range of core exercises and nthing beats cardio to get rid of belly fat. upper back would be working your traps, try a standing barbell row.
