274carbs, 1825 cals????
How is this possible?
I can deal with the high amount of protein, but I always fall short on my carbs(eating about 220) and struggle to eat less than 27grams of fat....

You will be fine with a little less carbs and a little more fat , just be sure the extra fat is coming from good fats and not bad fats.

PHEW! *wiping sweat from brow*
Thanks Asimmer!
What about the cals, does that seem a little high or no?
I was a former Weight Watcherer(?) and I think I was only eating 1100-1200 a day....
Seems scary high to me!

If you're acive, that seems like a good amount.
If you're lifting a lot, you may need more.

Base your caloric intake on what you take in on an average and adjust up or down from there.
1100-1200 is low, but you want to incraese very gradually, so start with 1300-1400 and do that for a few weeks. I would split it up 40/40/20% (carbs/protein/fat). See how that goes and how your body responds.
