hey you pros out there I have a lil prob with my body fat. it is just toooo high. basically i never used to look out for my diet and i used to eat anything from icecream to donuts and not much protein. i weigh about 170lbs with a height of 5'11. my BMI is about 25 or 26 which i think is ok ... but what i dont know is why is my BF so high. anyhow i have changed my diet to include more balanced meals following the Body for life stuff. i have been working out 3 times a week with intense 2 days cardio to reduce my fat. Now the question is that i noticed i am loosing some weight..!!!! i hope this is the fat. so do you guys think i will start loosng weight before my muscles build. i also eat 4 meals and 2 snacks with protein shakes and bars..
am I on the right track......
