I am 26 years old, and have just surpassed the 400 lbs mark.
Such a sad feeling.
I do not have mobility problems, but I have poor eating habits, and lack of exercise.
I feel the need to sleep more then I should, and often take naps after work.
I will gladly take any advice, but I am currently doing a lot of reading on food. Anyone who who would like to point me into the right direction to read, please feel free!
HEY SWEETIE...I AM 220LBS.I AM SO LAZY. I JUST JOINED A WORKOUT CLASS ON WENSDAY'S, TONIGHT I HAD TO TEACH IT MYSELF..SO I DID SQAUTS AND LUNGES, THEN INSTEAD OF RUNNING I SHUFFLED, WHICH IS LIKE GALUPING OR RUNNING SIDE WAYS...MY POINT FOR TELLING U THIS IS...I SHOWED MYSELF THAT I CAN EXERCISE...NOW I THINK I WILL TRY AND DO IT EVERY DAY..SO BEFORE U TAP A NAP MAKE UR SELF SHUFFLE DOWN UR HALL WAY OR IN UR BASEMENT...JUST MOVE AROUND, CAUSE I HAVE NO JOB AND ALL I DO IS SLEEP, BUT I AM GOING TO TRY AND MOVE AROUND MORE...AND EAT SMALL PORTIONS, WHICH IS HARD TO DO...BUT U CAN EAT 6 TIMES A DAY, JUST CUT UR MALS IN HALF...I ONCE LOST TEN POUNDS BY EATING SMALLER PORTIONS...I AM VERY NEW TO WORKING OUT....I ONLY WORKED OUT 3 TIMES...
