Hi ev'one!
I am 31 & have started weight training since a couple of months.
I stay in India & here the imported supplements(American) like prolab, twinlab etc are exhorbitant.
eg.Here I get prolab creatine powder 300gms for 30$ plus which is ridiculous.
However I do have it with a some protein supplement, got no choice.
As they are so expensive here, I cannot have supplements in such a high quantity as recommended on the containers.Currently I am having weiders mega mass 4000.The 9.7lbs pack has only 10 servings but I have smaller servings & so it lasts me for a month.I have 3 shakes with milk evday.
I've got 3 questions...

1.Is Weiders Mega Mass a good supplement ?

2.Would basic soy powder(grinded soya beans not micronised or processed etc.) which is pretty inexpensive, be of any use?
What if I consume 150+ soy powder with water everyday , would that be of any help?

3.What else can I have apart from expensive supplements for getting enough proteins?

Thx in advance!

I can't help you with the supplements, but some high protein foods are chicken breast, fish, cottage cheese, eggwhites. Soy is good for you for soooo many reasons, but as a protein I'm not sure. Hopefully someone can answer those other questions for you. Good luck.
