hello to everyone i am updating you all on my progress so far. I have been working out for 3 weeks today and so far there are no scale results but the big results are the inches lost. my boyfriend was standing behind me and said "honey your pants are getting loose your butt is smaller" i am seeing the results but decipline is key. I dont follow any particular diet but i have cut out all my pepsi!! but when i feel the need for a soda ill get a diet dr pepper. thankyou to everyone who has helped this site is #1 in my book.ill keep you all updated
