Eat fat-free products maybe. I am no expert by any meaning in the nutrition department but you need to get a good combination of food containing less fat. Take the amount of daily fat and divide it by the number of meals you have per day and only consume those per meal. There are many foods out there that are high in both protein and carbs that are low in fat. You might also want to look at your portions.

I am eating 2100 calories a day and around 30 grams of fat. My keys to saying low fat are lots of egg whites, tuna fish, skim milk, protein shakes and bars. I don't eat red meat and try to stay away from the treats. Best of luck to you. -sweeny

According to the plan... I'm to each 3300 calories a day... I'm a big guy. Anyway... I can almost do it (40 grams of fat) I eat tonnes of different fruits and vegetables. I find I'm constantly eating but I never fill up.

I think that darkhan has the right idea. Your fruits and vegetable give you the calories you need to keep running but minus the fat. Be careful with the fruit though because we must remember that fruit contains glucose and glucose can quickly turn into fat if we don't watch out....be careful with fruit juices they are loaded with sugars...your best bet is to it the fresh stuff. Hope this helps some and good luck.

The best thing you can do is experiment using ft's nutritional tools. You can add and delete to get the right amount of fats/carb/protein intakes. Also, pay attention to portions.
