I just have to post my new max that I hit today. I know that everyone in this forum hit this a long time ago but I still am proud. Loaded up to 300lb today and hit it real deep with good form. I was surprised that it went as smooth as it did. I think I could have done more but did not want to let ego break me in half. I do not think that it is half bad for a slightly overweight 39 yr old. Whoooo!

Wanted the 3 plates ....they were calling my name but a little birdie told me to go easy although I think I could have done it. They will come soon

not everyone has hit 300lbs yet i can do 200lb. im 15 and i would have tried more if the squat machine had more weight to put on it. this was in year 8 highschool

machine squats are not the same thing as barbell squats....you'll probably struggle to do 150 on a barbell squats after your machine squats....
