I am 5' 3" and 190 lbs. I always feel lazy, out of breath (even when tying my shoes). I have decided to cut out sugar except for my morning coffee, and soon that will go too. I have recently quit smoking so I have to work harder at not snacking on fatty foods. It is hard to find the motivation I need to make sure I excersize when my fitness plan tells me too. I hope to be swimsuit ready by June. Wish me luck.
-------------- FOR MY WIFE:
Her little ring was a little thing
but it was all that i could afford
now shes mine all mine
till the day i die
and i never wanted nothing more
hello Im 31 and 186lbs and 5'2. maybe we can work together. I need to lose 50 lbs and am starting on the first of may with my healthy eating. lol gotta wait till I get paid cuz there is no healthy food in my house. I have four children but my youngest is 5 so I cant blame it on them lol it was all me. This will be the second time Ive had to lose this same 50 lbs. The first time was three years ago and all I did was jog (as much as I could) 2 miles three times a week. I lost all my weight in four months but this time I dont have a partner to run with and living in Idaho means its still cold out there so Im hoping this will work. good luck!!!!! maybe we can both be swimsuit ready by june!!!
:) The weather here is rainy all the time so it's hard to schedule my walks. I have driven the one mile in my neighborhood so I know how far I have went. I live in the country..all gravel roads..so I don't have to worry about traffic. This will be my third time losing weight. The first time I was 16 and had a bf 2 miles away on a farm. Lots of walking and work. The second time was after my first child, then I just starved cause there was no food. This time it's gonna take alot more work because I am older and have other obligations. We can work together and try to motivate each other. My myspace is Faith McClain if you want to write back and forth. Keep a measuring tape handy instead of scales for a couple of weeks. You'll see better results. Get a small kick ball to use in place of a bender ball for comfy crunches. Good luck!!
