My ft nutrition recommenced only 32 grams for toning and losing weights. At the end of the day my fat intake is 60 or 90 grams without any fat , unhealthy food. the fat is integrated in the food I eat! any suggestion?
Thanks

You have to discern between fats such as naturally in oatmeal. Though there is 3 gr. of fat per 1/3 cup I believe it is, this should not be counted in as part of your daily fat intake. Of course you know about saturated fats, so this need not be discussed. Get 0 of these if you can. Your fat source should come from something like fish, or flax oil or flax seed or olive oil.

I'm not sure about not counting certain sources of fat but if you drop all pre-prepared meals and all processed foods you fat intake will go down. You might be doing this already; if not be warned, even seemingly healthy options have got a lot of junk thrown in there. The make the food taste good by adding loads of stuff to it but fresh is still so much better, you just can’t replicate the great taste.
My shopping just consists of the basics (lean meat/fish, milk, bread, rice, pasta, cereal, fruit and veg) even my diet is not ideal compared to pre-cooked meals it is so much better, and these in turn are normally so much better than eating out. Simple combos are both quick to compare and so much nicer – my current favourite is grilled salmon, rice with balsamic vinegar drizzled on top and veg (to taste).

I have hard time to dine out healthy food. My goal from now on is to cook at home and bring my lunch to work.
Thanks every one for your tips.

Chances are, if you're following the FT recommendations, your carbs are too high and your fat intake is too low anyway. Worry less about how much fat you're getting and more about what types of fat you're getting. You want to be as low as possible on saturated fat and concentrate on unsaturates. Don't be afraid to replace some of your carb calories with quality fats.
