The nutritional plan says I should be eating 3700 caloreies. I only take in about 2000 calories, can this be why I havent lost any weight in about 3 months?:(

Don't know what your normal caloric intake should be, cannot determine that. But one thing for sure, if calories are too low for your LBM, then you will go into metabolic slowdown, thus dashing any hopes of losing fat.
You should be eating 4-6 meals per day to rev metabolism. If you determine your calories are too low, then you need to ramp them up, but slowly(ramping is the key here). Too much too fast will yeild unwanted results also, from the standpoint your body has percieved being starved, and a large excess in calories will result in an immediate "storage" in anticipation of next time. So be very careful here.

Thanks bb1fit. How would I determine my LBM. I've posted, a few posts down from this one, my diet and exercise routine. Its posted under "HELP Ive Hit a Plateau", Any other advice would be greatly appreciated as I am at my wits end.

Actually I dont know what I was thinking, I must of had a brain fart. My LBM is about 170 lbs. thats taking wrist, waist, height measurements. My current total weight is 240 lbs.
