I just finished my 3rd week of working out at my gym. I am still a "novice" at this gym stuff. I was very fortunate to get very good training from the staff at LA fitness. I now have a rountine and will follow it for 6 weeks then get some more training. I love working out. It is so good for the mind, spirit and body. It is a new lifestyle and I feel so much greater. I want to get back down to my small size which I was about 8 years ago. I love going to the gym and feel so much better after a workout.
