3x3 or somthing else

I want to increase my bench/squat/deadlift. I understand the theory behind the 3x3 training method outlined at deepsquatter.com. You train for the lift.

Would it be better to use a powerlifting routine like Gatormades or this 3x3 to make gains primarily in these 3 lifts???

Yes gator has a great plan for increaseing those lifts follw that for the 4 weeks then ask for more...any true pwoerlifting workout routine will help you out.

There's also the 8x8 (German Training) routine you can consider. The 3x3 helped me a lot a couple of years back...

I have been using the 3x3 in the squat to take it easy on the knees. The lower reps allow you to work with more weight. - Mike

I like 5x5 training but thats just me, theres also 10x10 training, which is very very hard, I did that to my calves one time......whew....couldn't walk harldy at all.

But I been doing 5 5 4 3 2 charlie......and its been working great for my lifts.....already reping 20lbs or so more than what i thought my max actually was!

On the 5 focas on form and expolsivness,getting it up as fast as possible( speed) I almost try and jump off the floor.......the 4 do it as powerful as possible.....the 3 and 2 ... good form but thats the shock set!
