Well, it has been 4 weeks now since I first started my program and I just wanted to post some of my results.
Anyway, I started at 191 lbs. with 23.5% bf. Today I was measured at 186 lbs. with 19.5% bf. I have gained 3.4 lbs of lean muscle and lost 8.4 lbs. of bodyfat, according to the calculations. What this REALLY tells me is that I was a real couch potato before starting. lol But I have worked my tail off so far to get to this point. =)
Thanx a lot to all who have answered questions and I have scoured thru this site a ton for info. I can't wait to see my results after 12 weeks. =)
