Hi am new to the site. Just hired a trainer and going to start a 40 40 20 diet program. Any advice for me??:big_smile:

Are there any good book out there that anyone knows of that follow the 40 40 20 plan??

Welcome to freetrainers Kmoe.
40-40-20...I am assuming thats protein carbs and fat?
If so, go to "grocery list for healthy eating" post. Typ that into the fitbuddy at the bottom of this page it will take you there.
This site has great info and knowladgeable people to help you out.
What did the the personal trainer plan for you to reach your objectives?

The trainer has put me on a low weight high rep work out. Its really intense. He also had me increase my cardio.
