When I set up my goals information my caloric intake was 4000plus calories. That seems incredibly high. Also, I can eat 275 grams of protein. What is the logic? Any thoughts? Even with exercise that seems like a lot!
The calculator here is notorious for being too high. Look at the FAQs section and find the post about how many calories - there are a few different calculations there to use.
