45 minutes a day?

Isnt this too short for completing every exercise u have to do for ur daily routine.
I train for almost 120 or more a day and still i want more...is this wrong?
what is the best duration for Advance training.
keep in mind ..i want to be huge in 5 months...:big_smile:

No, 45 minutes is fine. Intensity is the key to progress. You can have a very intense workout in 45 minutes. There are a few ways to increase your gains. Intensity is a great one. This can be achieved in many ways, one of which is reducing your time training. It is good to vary things up.

I am sorry, in my first reply by your post I assumed you were advanced, and understood the concept. The idea of adding intensity in a shorter time frame is doing the same amount of sets in that shorter timespan.(less rest between sets)...this is one example of upping the intensity.
