Hey All,
I changed my Cardio Routine:

30 mins of Cardio on the Elliptical / Different variations
10 mins of speed walking at a 15.0 incline
5 mins of HIIT on the Bike after 25 mins of weights

I try to do this 6 days a week.......and trust me, I sweat like crazy.......Still, I would think I'd lose weight at a faster rate than this? My heartrate varies from 145bpm to 170bpm

Thanks for your input :dumbbell::):love:

Whew... that's a ton of cardio.

Do you lift weights? What's the diet like?

There is a whack of information about cardio on this site.. look around and see.

25-30 min is all you need. It doesn't make us any better by doing more.

If you're not losing weight then it's time to check your diet.

Buffy chick - don't do the same cardio routine everyday - switch it up day to day , your body will adapt if you do the same thing all the time - look for a post called cardio challenge (I think, sorry) it has some cardio ideas to change things up. also incorporate HIIT on some days.

Your diet is going to be the key to your fat loss, though. You can burn calories all day long, but if you aren't eating right you will fail to get optimal results.

I think maybe I just eat too much? I heard that the key to fat loss, (especially on your stomach) is in the kitchen. :) Eat a "clean" diet......I try........
Weekends, Not so good. IS it possible to mess up your whole weeks work on the weekend? Maybe I'm blowing all my good intentions........

It is possible if your weekends are overblown. Try getting very serious even on weekends for 1 month and see what happens. Good luck

Yup, weekends can totally sabotage your efforts...believe me, I know:( I'd also consider switching your breakfast to a more protien based meal with less carbs (eggs, cottage cheese. If your having the starbucks mocha bar daily, you'd be wize to break this habit and find a more nutritions "treat" like a protien bar. If you can't cut the starbucks bar, at least limit it to 1X per week.
