Hello to everyone. I am new at all this and would appreciate any help you can give. I am 4'9'' and about 121 lbs and carry all my weight on my hips and theighs.It wouldnt be a problem but i have short legs and have problems using some machines. Is there certian exercises i can do to make my theighs thinner and my legs appear long and leaner? All advise is more than welcome.

We cannot really spot reduce but if you put on some muscle mass, you'll have a faster metabolism and if you then also do some cardio, stretching and of course watch your diet; you'll be able to loose some fat and change silhouette.
