I would suggest breaking down your nutritional needs into five or six different portions... so, if your daily calorie intake is suggested to be 2000 cals, break it up into five or six different parts of equal value... or, if one meal is larger than the next, balance it out so you get to your nutritional needs.
In the Specific Diet Forum there are lots of meal breakdowns for people. One thing to remember is everyone is different. So, what works for you, may not work for someone else.
